BUT THE THING IS
I HAVE TO WRITE IN LOWERCASE AND USE PUNCTUATION TO GET ALL PROFESSIONAL
I HAVENT DONE THAT IN YEARS

I AM NO LONGER FLUENT IN THIS ODD DIALECT YOU ALL CONSIDER PROPER ENGLISH
I FIND IT ABSOLUTELY HORRIFYING

[PROFESSIONAL DEEP NARRATOR VOICE]
The story of SUPER DUPER DANGAN RONPA begins in Hopes Peak, where our protagonist, Finn gets accepted into the prestigious school right before he blacks out. He then wakes up and meets everyone else that was in the school with him (for some reason only like 12) and tries to get everything sorted out because no one can really make sense of anything. Their discussion is interrupted by none other than Monokuma, or Monobear because that sounds a lot better in English (unlike Genocide Jack). He informs the students that to graduate from the school you must commit a murder and cover up your tracks well enough so when the class trial begins, no one will suspect it's you. If you're caught, you are executed in a creative way relating to your special talents and occasionally any special fears or dreams you've had throughout your life in attempt to torment you. If the real culprit is not identified correctly, then the whole class is punished and the murderer is let off the hook.
Of course, no one believes this. I mean really, who would? You're being told to kill strangers by some stuffed animal who sounds like the god damn annoying orange. (Or, he does in the English version of the game). Everyone's in denial so the first day is a little uncomfortable. Finn doesn't really know anyone there but he notices a huge gap in his memory between the time he entered the school for the first time and now. Over the course of the next few weeks, everyone starts to get used to the situation a little, and Finn gets to know the other students. There's Caroline, the Super High School Writer who is pretty chill, Roxanne, the nervous animator/cartoonist who isn't very sociable, Ari, the really nice and kind sweet heart, who's the motivation and encouragement and source of hope for everyone. Not to mention Juan, the quiet guy with the talent no one really knew, Jake, the unbearably attractive bassist guy Finn can't get enough of, Taylor, the pimpest punk rockest pimp that has ever punk rocked that was accepted into the school thanks to the raffle, Ariana, who is somewhat secretive over her talent, Kate, who is the fashion designer and cosplayer and actually VERY GNARLY and has nice hair, Oliver, the guy who avoids most social interaction, Vivi, who is into ghosts and paranormal stuff, and Francisco, the gamer, who has a strange sense of humor.
Once he gets to know everyone, Monobear decides it's time to spice things up. It has been a few weeks and yet NO ONE HAS COMMITTED A MURDER. WHAT IS THIS. WHY NOT. He gives everyone a motive in hopes of increasing the chances of a death. He shows everyone footage of everyone's most important human relations being destroyed. Some people are shown their parents being taken away, others their best friends, and for some people it was probably just their favorite One Direction member being dragged into the pits of hell. Does anyone here even like One Direction? I don't think so. Anyways, this leaves everyone terrified, but not terrified enough to kill someone else over. Some people are a little conflicted though, and others give it a thought but in the end it doesn't really look like anyone's planning anything fishy. At this point, some people have gotten a little closer, like Ari and Juan, who are like two peas in a pod. Or something. Everyone continues on with their daily life, only difference is they're all afraid of the dark again, since anything can happen at any moment.
Everyone awakes to an announcement of their very sexy principal Monobear saying that a body has been discovered. Shaken, Finn gets up and goes out to check out what happened. The body of Juan, the person who's Super High School Level talent still remains unknown was found with his head shoved into the toilet in one of the girl's bathrooms. A knife was jabbed directly into the back of his neck was still intact at the time of the body's discover. The stall he was found in was locked, and blood was barely visible from the outside. There was only blood around the area of the toilet, so it is unlikely the body was moved. Everyone takes notes of the crime scene and talks things over to try to find out who did it. The class trial begins. After quite some time of discussion, everyone came to the conclusion that the culprit most likely kept the body inside the women's bathroom in order to throw everyone off. Most people suspected it was a male trying to trick them, but it turns out that that was what the Super High School Level Fashion Designer was trying to use against them, using reverse-reverse psychology. It was predicted that Juan was going to the bathroom late at night, when Kate, who was already getting sick of him was hiding around the area and planning to kill him. Before he went into the bathroom she got up and stabbed the back of his neck, dragged him into the girl's room and threw him into the toilet. The trail of blood was cleaned up, leaving only what happened after that dripping around the toilet. When Kate is found guilty after the first trial, a claw appears and grabs her by the neck, then hauling her into the execution room like Leon's. She's thrown into a car, and looks around nervously. She notices Monobear, her instructor, sitting in the passenger's seat waiting for her to do something. Reluctantly, she turns the key and the car is powered on, causing the lights to shine on a garage door in front of them with words written on it. Kate's execution name "DRIVER'S ED" is scribbled on it. Suddenly, the car accelerates by itself, breaking through the garage door and driving away onto the streets. The car enters the wrong lane. Kate cannot control the car's speed but she has to steer it, avoiding all the cars heading in her direction. She lasts not too long before she crashes into another car's side, sending her car spinning away from it. A car dashes through it, making their car fly off the hill and tumbling down. The car breaks the fence covering the road below and flips upside-down on what appears to be an empty lane. Kate nervously peeks out of the broken wind shield, injured and with broken glasses. Just as she sighs in relief, a massive truck runs right over the demolished car and crushing Kate into a pancake. Everyone watches in horror, and it is then revealed that her fear was driving. Apparently Monobear isn't creative enough to come up with an execution based on her talents, so instead it's based on her fear.
After watching someone die, Finn then walks back into his room completely exhausted. That cruel punishment should've been enough to inspire everyone else NOT to kill someone. It also comes to everyone's attention that the second floor of Hopes Peak has been unlocked, and in it there's an indoor swimming pool, (on the second floor? Really?) some changing rooms to go along with it, and the library. A few more weeks pass and Finn starts to understand everyone else more. He starts a little bond with Caroline and Jake, who he could've sworn he used to know. Ari continues giving her beautiful heart-warming speeches about how we can't give into DESPAIR and how we must all fight it with HOPE and some other happy things that'll cheer everyone up for a couple of minutes before they forget and carry on. Monobear decides now is a good time to introduce yet another motive! He threatens to give away everyone's personal information if a murder does not happen soon. The people who appeared to be the most horror-struck by these news were Roxanne, Ariana, and Caroline, so that must mean something. Suddenly, no one trusts anyone again. People start being more careful and locking their doors five times to make sure it REALLY is closed. The next morning, everyone wakes up to yet another announcement broadcasting around the school, telling everyone that another body has been found. No one's really surprised but come on, not another murder! Oliver T. King, the Super High School Level Animal Whisperer was found dead in his own room. Judging from the pool of dried blood the body was lying in, the murder happened pretty late at night right on his bed. There are no marks or notable prints in the blood at all and the lock on the door seems perfectly fine. Everything else in the room is perfectly in place as it was before except for a few small marks on the floor that look as if something heavy was dragged across it or even dropped at one point. Could someone have had something to hide about their past that was bad enough to commit a murder for? It's just an embarrassing memory... and another excuse to kill someone... The culprit was none other than Ariana, the person who tried to hide her Super High School Level talent from everyone else because of her bad experiences with it. Once Monobear announced that he'd give away everyone's personal information she knew she had to do something about it. Ariana used a bobby pin to pick the door's lock in attempt to break in without leaving any evidence. She then proceeded to quietly sneak towards Oliver's body and slice his head off. If you're going to commit a murder, better make it creative right? She made the mistake of dragging the axe a little before leaving the room and locking it again, trying to cover up as much of her tracks as possible. She then went back and put the axe where she got it after cleaning it off. Ariana's execution starts as a large auditorium with a stage on it are set up like how it usually does in Dangan Ronpa, when all the props and items fly onto the screen by themselves. Monobear appears in front of the camera, holding a clapper board with Ariana's execution title on it, "CURTAIN CALL". A tower shows up, and the camera slowly ascends to the top to show the tower's height. Ariana wakes up in a small dark room all by herself and notes a a small window. She looks through it, revealing a stage far down below and realizes she's on the highest room in it which is around 40 feet high. This is some kind of play, and she is a princess who is rescued by a prince like typical plays. A tribe of Monobears riding horses arrive and begin attacking the tower, but Ariana takes cover and doesn't get hit. One Monobear starts looking through his bag for something to use to get her down and comes up with an idea. He takes out a saw and approaches the fake tower prop and starts cutting it slowly. He starts cutting faster and faster, making him sweat more and more. The tower slowly begins to tilt and fall over making Ariana panic inside. The tower hits the ground sending a big shudder throughout the whole auditorium and killing her in the process. The audience isn't very amused with the performance, though so they begin throwing tomatoes at her body and the Monobears as most of viewers storm out of the room angrily.
Another execution. Wow. These things are pretty scarring, or at least they are to Finn, whose innocent mind has been corrupted with DESPAIR, but he's the protagonist so he mustn't give up HOPE! Now there's eight survivors, so things are a little quiet but this makes it easier for everyone to get friendly and understand each other more. The third floor is also unlocked now, and on it there's the art room where Roxanne and Finn spend a lot of their time in, the storage room, the chemistry lab, and the rec room. Finn and Roxanne form a bond, and Roxanne forms a friendship with Francisco too. Vivi and Taylor are also pals. Now that everyone's more open with each other it's a lot less likely a murder will happen. Right? Right?! Nah. This isn't just Dangan Ronpa, this is SUPER DUPER Dangan Ronpa. And if you've read this far into my novel of rambling, you're in for a surprise. I think.
Some months pass by, and even Monobear's motive isn't really inspiring anyone into killing someone else. Money. That's the third motive. Desire. Greed. Fortunately, everyone started getting used to Hopes Peak, it would be a lot nicer if a robotic bear wasn't constantly telling them to kill someone. But with Ari's kind words, everyone already has the HOPE they need. What's the point of getting money if you had to kill someone for it? You'd have that memory looming over you your whole life and you'll feel guilty about it. Someone who would kill someone else would have to be a massive cheapskate, and none of the remaining students were. No murders took place for a while, and this irritated Monobear, and Finn started coming to the conclusion that there's someone behind this all, some sick person who enjoys watching teenagers kill each other. For all he knows, they might be getting turned on by all this and doing some weird things somewhere else in the school, somewhere he can't go to yet because of the bars covering the remaining parts of the school. Then something happens. After such a long time without any murders taking place, like 4 months, another murder happens. Just like he usually does, Monobear makes another announcement stating that a body has been discovered. Everyone goes to check it out and it turns out that Taylor, the pretty pimp pimp was hit on the head with a mallet of some sort. Her body was discovered inside the library room behind a shelf where a long trail of blood led to. There was a large indentation in her skull where blood was coming from and a bloody hammer was lying around nearby. Finn came to the conclusion that she was killed outside and then hidden behind the shelves. Now that there aren't as many people left, Finn checks out every student's room to see if there's any evidence in them. Clothes drenched with blood similar to Vivi's was hastily stuffed under the bed, which aroused some suspicion. But would anyone really be in such a rush that they make it blatantly obvious that they did it? Maybe so. They could have tried to use the reverse-reverse psychology just like the first murder. The trial takes place as usual and the survivors find out that it really WAS Vivi who killed Taylor. Man, we should've seen it coming, right? When two people look too close then things get a little suspicious. Vivi insists that it wasn't her, though and she looks genuinely distressed. The vote goes on, and Vivi is executed, meaning that they were right all along. Vivi is dragged into a quiet and eerie forest, where the only sound she can hear is the sound of the wind blowing. The forest appears to be a little ghostly and creepy, and well, this is an EXECUTION so something weird must be up. She has a little detector thing that senses any paranormal entities nearby, similar to how those little beepy submarine things detect things from afar. It goes static for a while, and the execution's name "THE EIGHT PAGES" flickers on it. She begins walking, eyeing her surroundings nervously to make sure there isn't anything creepy around here. She finds a note taped to a tree missing it's leaves and remembers this. She crumbles up the paper and throws it away because she knows exactly what's going to happen. Vivi starts running through the forest, away from whatever is behind her. She hears her detecty thing make a noise. Her heart stops for a second. She turns around, but she doesn't see anything. The detector vibrates and its screen turns into static a couple times. A mysterious dark figure is seen standing far behind her, but she is unable to see it due to the dense fog. As the detector goes insane and malfunctions, she feels a little nauseous and tries running, which doesn't really help. The figure slowly teleports closer to her every time she looks away, until it finally catches up with her, causing the screen to go almost completely static and killing her.
Something about all that didn't seem quite right to Finn. There was a sense of dread in Vivi's eyes before she was executed that gave him a feeling that... Maybe she didn't really kill Taylor? If she didn't do it then the whole class would have been punished so that doesn't make much sense, really. Whatever, when you're confused and over thinking it's better to just let it go and rest.
Now that the fourth floor is free to explore, everyone finds the music room, the staff room and the headmaster's office. Something odd they notice is the Data Processing room that's connected to Monobear's control room. Anyways, the next morning Ari is ready with another speech and Finn can't help but feel impressed as to how she can stay so positive in such a dark place and after everything that's happened. There's only six people remaining at this point and everyone's crossing their fingers hoping that nothing happens again. After a few days things are back to normal like they usually do and Finn and Jake are dating now. Couldn't resist the bASS could you? I don't blame him, really. One questionable thing that has been happening is Roxanne's weird addiction for DESPAIR. By being open about how her insanity she lost most of her friends since they're all suspecting she's the mastermind trying to fit in. Smiling at murders and chuckling during executions? No NORMAL person would do that. Except maybe Francisco, but he was like that since the beginning so everyone was used to his weird humor for a while, and it's a lot more natural than Roxanne's sudden enjoyment. For her it isn't even comedy, it's just like pornography or something. Before Monobear gives his new motive, another murder takes place. This makes him proud, since he didn't even have to do anything this time. Everyone is absolutely HORRIFIED to see Ari's body with a hole right through her chest inside the rec room. Her body was stuffed inside the little locker, but fell out at one point, making it easily notable. There was absolutely no evidence in the murder, the blood was stopped from escaping her body with a towel that was wrapped around her. The murder weapon could have been a knife that was either hidden completely or washed and placed back where it was taken from. The trial begins and the discussion begins. Due to the unfortunate fact that there's only five people still there, the argument doesn't go very far and everyone's confused. They run out of time and the vote begins before they find out who the culprit was, so as an act of desperation, everyone chooses Roxanne because of her odd obsession with DESPAIR.
BUT. IT WASN'T HER. Caroline takes this chance to unmask herself and reveal that she is the one behind everything, and she was the one who created Monobear and started the whole high school life of mutual killing thing! She tells everyone that their memories were tampered with and everything that happened between the time they started going to the school and when they woke up before Monobear told them to kill each other. Also nope, Vivi wasn't really the last murderer, she was completely innocent! The mastermind herself, Caroline did it to try and encourage people to start killing again because things were a little too friendly. The whole class is then executed as Francisco and Caroline wave at them from afar in a large room where the survivors executions are built.
Jake's is the first one shown, and his execution is based on his fear of heights. "DROP THE BASS...IST" He's pushed off a helicopter hovering high above the ground and he lands directly through a pointy thing at the top of a building underneath, impaling him through the stomach area.
Roxanne is pushed into an elevator, which she is VERY scared of. All her life she tried avoiding elevators because she was always paranoid that the cords would snap and it would fall to her doom. Seriously, you could amputate her legs and she'd STILL rather go down the stairs. After being pushed into the elevator, the doors close tightly and it ascends to the fourth floor without Roxanne pressing any buttons. "THE ELEVATOR RIDE" Then it slowly goes back down the the first floor but the doors still don't open. The elevator jerks directly upward, it flies through he roof of Hopes Peak and falls right back down, crashing into a million pieces when it hits the ground and killing the person inside.
Finn is inside a piece of lined paper and is drawn in a little cartoony style by none other than Monobear, who writes his execution title at the top of the page. "ARTIST'S BLOCK". He draws a bunch of art materials and shoots them right at Finn, trying to hit him with one of them. After avoiding pencils and pens and other art materials, Monobear gives up. He draws Finn tied up to a pole, making it impossible for him to move. He struggles to free himself but fails horribly meanwhile Monobear draws a giant pencil (it won't miss this time) and impales Finn with it.
Caroline chooses to execute herself along with the other three survivors to get the real feeling of DESPAIR, so she sits herself down in a chair on a small floor inside a huge room full of desks. At the back of the class room is a big crushy thing, and Caroline is riding a conveyor belt back into it. Monobear is her teacher, pointing at things on his chalkboard with his pointer thing. It's not like she's paying attention. On the chalkboard it says "DETENTION". Caroline finally reaches the end, and gets smashed along with her stuffed robo toy.
Francisco is the only survivor of this horrific tragedy, and he earned it. Using the button Caroline left behind he escapes the school and continues on with his life... Or does he?
